Artwork can be any media including, but not limited to, painting, altars, sculpture, glasswork, ceramics, drawing, tattoo, and assemblage. Submitting multimedia pieces, including photography and digital collage, is also encouraged.

Artists will be notified continuously if their art has been selected for this show. You will be sent a contract and inventory list.

Drop-off dates are Sunday and Monday
October 8th and 9th from 12 pm to 2 pm.

The show fee can be three artworks for $25, or an Altar – $35 for members, and $35 or $45 for non-members. Additional wall artworks are an additional $10 per piece
Artists can pick up five postcard invitations at the time of their drop-off.
Artists must identify their work with a label attached to the front and back of the artwork with: name, title of the art piece, medium, and price. This info will be used for the wall labels. You will need to bring or mail a completed inventory sheet with the same info as above, and a signed contract along with your fees.
All wall-mounted work should be matted and framed, edges gallery wrapped and finished, and must be wired, and ready to hang. No special installation requirements and no ceiling-mounted works are eligible. Please Read: We reserve the right to refuse to accept work that arrives damaged, is too fragile to be exhibited, or was misrepresented in submission.
The Sun Gallery will take every precaution to ensure the safety of your pieces, however, we cannot be held responsible for theft or damage to your work while on the gallery premises. If they wish to have it, each artist must provide their own insurance.
Sun Gallery will keep a 30% commission on any sale of artwork. No artwork will be removed from the exhibition during the show. Pickup dates are Sunday, November 19th and Monday, November 20th from 12 pm to 2 pm
School Entries: The Sun Gallery welcomes entries from both College and High School students. The entry fee will be waived but only one entry per student, please.
