2018 Holiday Boutique

Our annual "Holiday Boutique" show is just around the corner and will be held Nov. 30, Dec. 1 and Dec. 2.  Our search begins for new and exciting items for this show. This show is important to Sun Gallery because it gives the gift of art to our local children. It supports our free Saturday art for families and scholarships to our artcamps. Please join us by either selling your items at our event or by coming to buy handmade items from local crafters/artists in our community.  Be sure to share this information on your social media apps.  If you know someone that makes crafts, or creations that would make nice Holiday Gifts please pass this info to them.  


  • This year the Boutique will be open for 3 DAYS ONLY – (FRIDAY) NOV. 30, (SATURDAY) DEC. 1 AND (SUNDAY) DEC. 2 from 11-5

  • Spaces are $50 for all 3 days, and the gallery will no longer be taking a 30% commission. All vendors will receive 100% of their sales.

  • Vendors are responsible to manage their own table space for all 3 days, including transactions and inventory. The gallery will not be processing any sales. Vendors can designate someone else other than themselves to manage their table for the weekend. Please note your table sitter on the contract that will be sent to you.

  • Vendors can share table space ($25 each) with another vendor

  • Vendors who reserve and pay early will receive priority table space at our Vendor Preview (Friday Nov. 16th) and set-up days are on Nov. 17th and 18th from 11-5 (first come, first serve)

  • The Gallery will be doing all the marketing and promotion for the Boutique including  postcards, mass emails to over 1,000 email subscribers, press releases for news outlets, FB promoting, Facebook ads and other social media postings.

  • Artist’s Reception and Party with music, crafts, food and drink will be held on Sat. Dec. 1 from 1-4
    • Handmade items can be ceramics, sewn items, jewelry, ornaments, soap makers, cards, clothes, aprons, oils, food items, candles, purses, etc. to name a few. Only original crafts, art and items will be accepted.

    • If you are interested in participating, please email us photos of your items to be considered for our Boutique. Email your interest and photos to and we will be notifying 
    • potential vendors on an ongoing basis.

    • You may enter the show up to Nov. 29th (we know some crafters have other shows they are already in) but entry is not guaranteed at this late date.

    • To be listed on press releases, postcards and all of our marketing materials, payment and entries must be in no later than Nov. 9th
